Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed with CAHAYO DIBAWA SDN BHD (Registration No. 202601002223 (1664320-U)).

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before the order has been processed, packed, or dispatched.

Once an order has been packed or handed over to the delivery provider, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Contact details

  • Reason for cancellation

3. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

Any non-refundable payment processing fees, delivery charges, or other charges already incurred may be deducted where applicable and permitted by law.

4. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellation may not be available for:

  • Orders that have already been packed or dispatched

  • Products that have been specially ordered or customised

  • Perishable or time-sensitive goods where applicable

  • Orders already fulfilled or delivered

  • Items that are otherwise non-cancellable under applicable terms or law

5. Cancellation by CAHAYO DIBAWA SDN BHD

We reserve the right to cancel an order where necessary, including in situations involving:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect product information or pricing

  • Payment issues

  • Suspected fraud or misuse

  • Delivery limitations

  • Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, an eligible refund will be arranged where applicable.

6. Changes to Orders

Requests to change an order, including changes to quantity, product selection, or delivery information, should be made as soon as possible.

Changes are subject to order status and product availability and may not be possible once the order has been processed or dispatched.
